FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Are meals provided while I am at the event?
Yes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for exhibiting vendors on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Additionally, vendors are invited to attend the Vendor Appreciation Cocktail Hour on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

2. How do I book my hotel room for West Marine University?
A discounted rate has been secured for vendors at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Please reserve your rooms online to obtain the $199.00 per night room rate. This group rate is available for reservations made prior to Tuesday, February 9, 2016.

3. What are the Tradeshow hours?
The Boat Show is open Wednesday, March 9 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

4. What is included with my booth?
Each 10' x 10' exhibit space includes the following:
8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, 7" x 44" ID Sign.

5. Will West Marine ship materials from vendors back to the Associates’ stores?
In support of our mission statement, we are encouraging our vendors and associates to decrease the amount of paper and waste. We will not be shipping boxes of vendor materials to each store following the program. We ask that each vendor provide us with a website URL that will be included on a special page on our Homeport (our internal store website) for Associates to access vendor websites and product information.

6. How do I order items for my tradeshow booth?
Download the Exhibitor Manual here. This will provide you with all booth ordering options and paperwork that needs to be filled out.

7. What airport should I fly into?
Fly directly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) located just 20 minutes from the hotel.
